Privacy Policy

InjuryLawConnect LLC is committed to transparency about how we collect, use, and share your information.

InjuryLawConnect.com

InjuryLawConnect LLC (“InjuryLawConnect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website InjuryLawConnect.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. InjuryLawConnect is a lead generation and referral service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal or medical advice.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Identity and contact data: full name, phone number, email address, city/area.
  • Case and injury data: type of accident (car, truck, motorcycle, slip and fall, dog bite, product liability), date of accident, nature of injuries, whether you received medical treatment, and fault information. This may constitute sensitive personal data under applicable law.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time on site, referring URL.
  • Cookies and tracking technologies: we use cookies, pixels (including Meta Pixel and Google tags), and similar technologies for analytics, advertising, and retargeting. See Section 8.
  • Advertising data: campaign source, keyword, and ad identifiers (UTM parameters) associated with your visit.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To connect you with attorneys and/or medical providers in our partner network based on your case type and location.
  • To contact you by phone, SMS text message, and email regarding your inquiry — only with your prior express written consent.
  • To operate, improve, and secure the Site; to measure advertising performance; and to comply with legal obligations.
  • To maintain records of your consent as required by federal and state law.

3. Your Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA Disclosure)

By submitting our form and checking the consent box, you provide prior express written consent for InjuryLawConnect and the specific partner attorney or medical provider matched to your inquiry to contact you at the phone number provided using automated technology, prerecorded messages, and SMS text messages, even if your number is on a federal or state Do-Not-Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including by emailing injurylawconnect@gmail.com.

4. Your Privacy Rights

Texas residents (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act) have the right to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data.
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
  • Delete personal data provided by or obtained about you.
  • Obtain a portable copy of your personal data.
  • Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling.

To exercise any right, email injurylawconnect@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with privacy laws may have similar rights. California residents may use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the Site footer.

5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as a valid opt-out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising, as required by Texas law.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain consent records for a minimum of 5 years as required by the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule. We retain lead data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. We use commercially reasonable safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls) but no method of transmission is 100% secure.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use: (a) essential cookies for Site function; (b) analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4); (c) advertising cookies and pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) for retargeting. You can manage cookies via your browser settings or our cookie banner. Opting out of advertising cookies stops retargeting but not all ads.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (COPPA). If we learn we have, we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to partner or third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own; this Policy does not apply to them.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. The “Last Updated” date reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted prominently on the Site.
