  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data.
  • Delete personal data provided by or obtained about you.
  • Obtain a portable copy of your personal data.
  • Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. You also have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of your data, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these privacy rights.

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states with privacy laws may have similar rights.

2. Our Commitment to You

We want to be clear: InjuryLawConnect does NOT sell your personal data to data brokers or third-party marketers.

We only share your case information with our vetted network of partner attorneys and medical providers for the explicit purpose of providing the legal matching service you requested when submitting our form. We obtain your explicit consent before selling or sharing sensitive personal data, as required by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.

We will honor all valid opt-out requests within 45 days, as required by the TDPSA. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; if your appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

3. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of the sale of personal data and targeted advertising, as required by Texas law. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of data sale and targeted advertising.

4. Submit a Request

If you would like to formally request that we delete your information from our systems, restrict its processing, or opt-out of any potential sharing, please submit your request below or email us at injurylawconnect@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 45 days.
